The annual cider pressing at Beardsley Orchard in Shelton will take place on Sunday November 9 from 10 am -2 pm. Beardsley will make a tank of his heirloom blend cider for us, and he will try sweating the apples for a day before pressing. His tank holds just under 300 gals.
