SUMMARY:February Club Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the February club meeting at Valor Wines in North Haven. Bring along your homebrews to share\, while we also enjoy some ciders with Ray at his spot. We will go through what everyone brought to be judged (if you so please).\n\nNew brewer? Or just new to the club? Please come by and join us. Meetings are generally 8-15 folks and focus on tasting homebrew and commercial beers. The meetings are open (membership not required)\, a relaxed atmosphere\, and a great way to either get your beer evaluated (bring 2 bottles) or learn more about beer tasting and judging. Every month we encourage attendants to bring a homebrew that fits the theme of the month. However\, if you have homebrews you would like to showcase that fall outside the theme\, bring them along and we will give them a taste after going through the theme.\nDon’t miss out on club events! SUMMARY:Golden Anniversary Ale Brew Day
DESCRIPTION:On February 28th\, New England Brewing Company will be brewing up a Golden Ale recipe formulated by UBC members and in honor of our club’s 50th Anniversary. Club members are welcome to join in on the brew day at NEBCO and see the process. They will let 4 people at a time in the brew house\, and we will rotate between members that will be hanging out in the taproom. Mash time will be at 2pm. Release date is TBD but likely to be the end of March.
