DESCRIPTION:The annual cider pressing at Beardsley Orchard in Shelton will take place on Sunday November 12  from 10 am -2 pm \nBeardsley will make a tank of his heirloom blend cider for us\, and he will try sweating the apples for a day before pressing. His tank holds just under 300 gals. It’s first come first serve from 10:00 am until it’s gone. \nPrice this year is $9.00/gallon with a 10% discount on over 11 gallons.\nIf you’re coming on Nov 12\, please bring cider to share with other club members and with Josh\, who is in charge pressing the cider at Beardsley’s. Dan Beardsley is very glad to have a bottle of your cider as well.

DESCRIPTION:BrewHaven will be promoting this year’s Artwalk Beer Garden to be held on Friday May 12 in the evening in the Westville “Central Patio” area. As many of you know\, this is a small\, neighborhood beer fest featuring homebrewers from BrewHaven and increasingly the Underground Brewers. It’s a great opportunity to showcase a brew (any style) and talk about it to mainly local residents. This is a charitable event which promotes the Westville Village Renaissance Alliance\, part of which is to help put on this festival\, sort of a circular zen thing. SUMMARY:April Club Meeting
