SUMMARY:October Club Meeting (German Beers)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the October club meeting at the Huxford’s where the theme of the month is German Beers! We will discuss the style\, classic examples and judge the homebrews that embrace the theme of the month\, so bring along your homebrews!\n\nFor the educational portion of the meeting\, we will be exploring the “papery” off flavor for oxidation\, trying spiked samples and discussing the nature of the off flavor.\n\nNew brewer?
