Beardsley will make a tank of his heirloom blend cider for us, and he will try sweating the apples for a day before pressing. His tank holds just under 300 gals. It’s first come first serve from 10:00 am until it’s gone.

Price this year is $9.50/gallon with a 10% discount on over 10 gallons.
If you’re coming on Nov 9, please bring cider to share with other club members and with Josh, who is in charge pressing the cider at Beardsley’s. Dan Beardsley is very glad to have a bottle of your cider as well.

Anyone interested in entering please contact Melissa Weigel <mweigel@12percentimports.com>.  You’ll need to bring 5-10 gallons and your own jockey box to serve.

Tickets to participant as a taster will be posted on the Twelve Percent website – you will have the chance to vote for  your favorites.  Several club members regularly enter so come to support them!

Bring along your homebrews to share. We will go through what everyone brought to be judged (if you so please).
New brewer? Or just new to the club? Please come by and join us. Meetings are generally 8-15 folks and focus on tasting homebrew and commercial beers. The meetings are open (membership not required), a relaxed atmosphere, and a great way to either get your beer evaluated (bring 2 bottles) or learn more about beer tasting and judging. Every month we encourage attendants to bring a homebrew that fits the theme of the month. However, if you have homebrews you would like to showcase that fall outside the theme, bring them along and we will give them a taste after going through the theme.
